Commissions
You agree to receive any earned commissions through the payment processor used by Easy Traffic Boost (named hereafter 'the payment processor'). Commissions are paid only to members who directly refer other members who might purchase an upgrade to receive additional advertising packages. We have a 1 tier affiliate program and there is no 2nd tier affiliate program or MLM structure involved with our site at all. You are not required to upgrade in order to receive commissions.

We have instant commissions enabled. If you fail to enter your e-mail address linked to the payment processor in the site section "Edit My Details" (see the navigation menu) and you make a sale that is normally directly sent to you through our instant commissions system, you will forfeit that payment. Only if you have your e-mail address added for the payment processor you will receive the payment (instant commission) directly through the payment processor used. It is your responsibility to add your email address linked to the used payment processor before you start promoting your affiliate link.

Number of Accounts
You agree to only create 1 account for personal use. You are not allowed to create multiple accounts. It's also not allowed to create multiple accounts per household. New account creation from the same IP is not allowed. If you or someone else from the same household creates a new account, the site has the right to delete your accounts without warning OR to send you a warning or information request. Failure to respond to this information request can result in your accounts being deleted, with no refunds given and no commissions paid out.

EMAILS
By joining Easy Traffic Boost YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE EMAILS FROM admin@easytrafficboost.com or no-reply@easytrafficboost.com. Please add these email addresses to your address book and mark all emails from Easy Traffic Boost as NOT SPAM. This is to ensure all members get verification emails as well as website updates, commissions info etc. Again, these emails may be for updates, account issues, Easy Traffic Boost promotions or anything that Easy Traffic Boost needs to relay to all members.

No Autoresponders or Bounced Emails are allowed
If your email address bounces or sends back Easy Traffic Boost a message with an autoresponder, you risk having your account deleted. All referrals and COMMISSIONS will be lost if your account is deleted.

Liability
Easy Traffic Boost is an information marketing tool used to help it's members on the Internet. Easy Traffic Boost does not make any promises written or implied as to the amount of money that can be made from Easy Traffic Boost. It is your responsibility to make sure your payment email address is correct. Commission payments made to the wrong account because of an incorrectly entered id is your responsibility.

Customer Email Updates
Easy Traffic Boost customers will automatically get subscribed to the Easy Traffic Boost VIP Customers newsletter powered by AWeber, within 48 hours. You'll periodically get important news, exclusive customer bonuses and marketing tips. You can unsubscribe from these email updates at any time.

Policies
All policies, rules and regulations are the final decision of Easy Traffic Boost. We reserve the right to modify, add or change any policies as we deem necessary at any time. All members agree that they will not hold Easy Traffic Boost liable for any items or policies within this program.

Refunds
Once you pay for your membership or advertising, if you would like a refund it must be requested within 3 days. Simply submit a support ticket stating that you would like a refund with your payment information. Your refund will be sent and your account will be deleted. You will lose any earned commissions and will not be eligible for payment. By joining and paying for any paid portion of Easy Traffic Boost, you agree to all the terms and conditions on this page. After 3 days of purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund since advertising is credited to your account instantly and your account is upgraded instantly if you purchase an upgrade. We use an instant commissions system, meaning that your upgrade payment might not go to the site owner but to the person who referred you to our site. In that case you request a refund directly to the person who you have sent your payment. You can find that person's contact information in the payment processors receipt after payment.

SPAM
Easy Traffic Boost has a zero tolerance for spam. Anyone caught spamming will be deleted from the program and is subject to civil and criminal prosecution including fines. If you are to include Easy Traffic Boost's name or URL in any email promotion, please only email to your own "double-optin" subscribers or on safelists, traffic exchanges, ad exchanges, list builders, classified ads, ppc marketing and other legitimate forms of advertising.

However, the following are grounds for termination of your account:

To send unsolicited emails to anyone that is not on your own personal double-optin list. If this does not make sense to you, then do not include promotions for Easy Traffic Boost in emails.
To falsify user information provided to Easy Traffic Boost or to other users of the service in connection with Easy Traffic Boost, or any of it's other sites.
To use the Easy Traffic Boost name and URL via bought commercial bulk email lists is prohibited.

Do NOT to promote your affiliate page using blasters or to purchased leads - Or on any program promising to blast your ad to millions of users.

Easy Traffic Boost considers the above practices to constitute abuse of our service and of the recipients of such unsolicited mailings and/or postings who often bear the expense. Therefore, these practices are prohibited by Easy Traffic Boost terms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of these practices will result in termination of the offender's account.

Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit Easy Traffic Boost actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the foregoing activities.

Easy Traffic Boost reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the program.

In addition, Easy Traffic Boost reserves at all times all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law or in equity.

We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to these rules, regulations, and policies at any time.

By becoming a member of Easy Traffic Boost, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
